Our bonded project yard offers 12 acres of concrete in a well-drained and secured area for storing and preparing any size loads. Yard security is reinforced by our 7,000 volt electric fence, 24-hour lighting and camera surveillance.

Our 20-acre concrete site is perfect for heavy and specialized handling. We have extensive experience handling difficult cargo including pipe, mud pumps, machinery, or any other heavy cargo that can be loaded in containers, open tops or flat racks. Our cranes and forklifts at our heavy-lift yard can handle shipments up to 120,000 pounds and we have stored cargoes in our bonded yard weighing over 300,000 pounds.

WCS Global Logistics (M) Sdn Bhd can handle your routine loading of out-of-gauge cargo for both open tops and flat racks. Each project undergoes a detailed study before being loaded in order to maximize the load and analyze the best use of equipment. Services such as project consolidations and export preparation are also available.

WCS Global Logistics (M) Sdn Bhd utilizes a proprietary method to containerize chrome-plated pipes into standard containers, onto flat racks or into open tops with maximum efficiency. Our custom racks and strategically placed air cushions offer stability and protection from scratches and other damage during transit, loading and unloading. We can also containerize pipe in roll-on, roll-off bundles for easy unloading.

With specialized wooden bracing designed and built specifically for your project, WCS Global Logistics (M) Sdn Bhd can ensure the curvature integrity of your cargo will be maintained and intact upon delivery. 

Crating is the key to successful shipping. WCS Global Logistics (M) Sdn Bhd builds crates as large as a small house or as small and sensitive as a window frame. Our crating and packing services offer superior protection and cost efficiency. WCS Global Logistics (M) Sdn Bhd design crate based on sensitivity and weight of the freight, ensuring they are strong enough to support a light crate stacked on top. We use the best materials including twist nails and heat treated wood. Vacuum pack and moisture proofing are also available. During the crating process, all cargo is secured and labeled inside the crate and on each of the four external sides. This allows for accessibility by customs agents and ability to safely re-secure.
